Generally, it is understood that users on this site are offered a free service intended to support high ideals and the emergence and growth of a new politics. Everyone participating in these networks is expected to honor these objectives, and to treat all other participants on the network, without exception, with respect.

Our main interactions within our groups should encourage the Seven Precepts that Paul Currier presented to USACAN:

For further clarity: USA.CAN is not a project of the DNC (Democratic National Committee). It is not a project of OFA (Organizing for America). USA.CAN is an independent initiative privately funded and supported by people everywhere who want to support President Obama and work together to build a better American society. USA.CAN supports and admires the DNC and OFA, and we are doing what we can to support their important work.
